Discover the joy of harvesting from your own thriving garden this season! In this workshop, Morgan of Grow With Mo will guide you through planning, prepping, and planting an organic edible garden. Learn how to choose the best plants for your climate, make the most of your space, and master the basics of garden care.
In this hands-on workshop you will learn:
How to assess your garden’s sun, soil, water, and climate
Choosing the best plants and seeds for your region and season
Planning your garden to maximize space and productivity
Effective planting and seeding techniques
Essential organic gardening care and maintenance

This workshop will be held at Meiners Oaks Community Garden, and is open to both community garden members and the public.
The garden is located in the Meiners Oaks neighborhood of Ojai. Parking is limited. Please consider carpooling, biking or walking and be mindful when parking as not block mailboxes or driveways.
We love your pets but unfortunately, they are not allowed in the garden or to be tied up in front.
Please bring:
A notebook and pen if you'd like to take notes
Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
Water bottle
